Mayrhofen has recently introduced printed tour guide booklets which outline various pleasurable pathways through the powder. 
The FUN & ACTION Tour is for folk who want to “go fast and have fun” ja? It includes 4 free runs with timekeeping, two black runs, including the Harakiri, Austria’s steepest slope at an underwear-threatening 78 degrees, a descent through the Vans Penken fun park and a speed run with a speedometer. You can start at either the Penken or Horberg station too, which is cool. Only thing wrong with these tours is they don’t recommend the best bars…but that’s where we come in! Our event programme will include a mountain bar-and-restaurant guide…extensive insider knowledge which literally took years to compile…it’s a dirty job etc…
