Check out this brilliant preview of SB11 from the Urban Nerds. We can’t wait to have them back with us next year!

Snowbombing 2010 was nothing less than 100% gold for all us at Nerds… Our DJs, crew, friends and extended family. Having Volvo drop us our very own XC90 and hopping on the Road Trip was an adventure in itself.
To then drive it across Europe and eventually find ourselves knee-deep in and amongst the Ice Camps, forest parties, Arctic Discos and Arenas of Snowbombing’s Mayrhofen base was surreal.
With festivals left right and centre these days, people seem to find it hard to experience stand out moments that they will remember forever… Well, they obviously haven’t hit Snowbombing yet!.. There were bloody loads!..
Annie Mac DJing at a private party; 1 billion feet up a mountain… Yes please!… If anyone reading has never travelled to a rave via cable car and snowmobile, we’d thoroughly recommend it!… Then there was Fat Boy Slim in the forest… Our own mash-up with the mighty Benga, Skepta and Mistajam… Too many late nights (early mornings) and after parties to mention… Enough Jager Bombs to destroy a small continent… Setting up shop with a sound system in the middle of Mayrhofen’s tranquil village high street, inside a garden shed!… Be warned, these strange occurrences and many more come standard as part of the Snowbombing experience.

Looking ahead to 2011 and it’s onwards and upwards for the Nerds crew. We’ve (unofficially) got hold of the line-up for Urban Nerds’ Snowbombing party next year and all we can say is WOW… Bass weight ahoy! In fact, we reckon we’ve got hold of pretty much most of 2011′s line-up after drunken pleads with the bookings team at Fabriclive‘s Snowbombing London launch a few weeks back.
People really, really aren’t ready for SB:11… This one’s gonna be humungous! For now, ya’ll can get hype thinking about the legendary PRODIGY performing live in a magical Alpine Forrest. Just saying that sentence is exciting. So yeah, THE PRODIGY, we can’t wait! Once again we’re hoping to take on the Road Trip (Hello Volvo) and when the Urban Nerds hit Snowbombing turf, we hope they’ll be an even bigger party team than last year’s 40 strong crew!
Snowbombing 2011, come on team, get involved!
