‘Guessi da Spaghetti’ Winner!

Mamma Mia! Over FIVE HUNDRED of you entered our Italian Job Spaghetti Comp – the winner was a young Kiwi gal called Caris Bedford who will be taking her boyfriend Sam out of work early this Friday and swapping the drizzle of acid rain for the drizzle of olive oil in some fancy Dan Italian ristorante in the romantic city of Milan!

The answer according to our official Spaghetti-getta Simon was 252 strands. Caris guessed 253 (Top Goss: Chris from our office estimated 252, but as he works for us we obviously couldn’t count it.)

Anyway, many of you asked how Simon counted the strands; and how can he be sure he didn’t count the same strand twice?  Well the answer is the sly devil counted them BEFOREHAND Genius!

Trouble is he knows it, and swans about the place like the Simon Cowell of counting…in fact so smug is Simon that we’re thinking of talking to some gaff in Barcelona about a Snowbombing party and then running a comp which involves guessing how many grains of rice there are in one of those HUGE let’s-feed-the-entire-village paellas. That should keep him quiet for a few nights.

Caris meanwhile won Return Flights for 2 to Milan, Guest list tickets to The Snowbombing Milan club night featuring Crookers and a 4 star hotel stay at the Raddison Blu in Milan for 2 nights….magnifico!

Who would have thought my hidden talent was counting spaghetti strands!!!??? My boyfriend and I are absolutely ecstatic and ready to rip it up in Milan! I never win anything and feel soo lucky….THANKS VOLVO SNOWBOMBING!!!!”
