Road Trip – Barmy Army
Riding the road to Mayrhofen are the likes of Colonel Cucumber, General Geezer & Ryans Privates from the Squeaky Hill Barmy Army who will be on-board to keep you unruly bunch of road trippers in check in typically silly style. Expect a ridiculous medley of spectacles and games from rubbish car checks and absurd marching demonstrations, to physical challenges, barmy songs, bonkers drills and even a car horn choir. See you in the mess!
Monday – Big Dance off 2-4pm @ The Mountain Stage
Let’s kick off the festival week with a massive dance off up on those there mountains. Hosted by the fiercest game show judges in this part of town, expect disco-ball-dancers, crump-offs, break-yer-neck-dancing and much more arm-flexing and sweating with our silver spandexed crew of misfit dancers. Come get your dance off if you can handle it!
Bottle Rocket 8-2am @ Sports Bar
Continuing the days outer space theme, come and party to the very best space inspired tunes and join our captain, first mate, ships computer and mad crazy scientists to craft your very own spectacular galactic bottle rockets to win amazing crap prizes! As if that’s not enough the You’ve Been Foiled Gang will be on hand to help craft you a space suit, oh and did we mention the out-of-this-world tribute act Craft Punk will be headlining the night?!!!
Tuesday Squeaky Hill Quiz & Musical Blingo 7-12pm @ Moe’s Bar
Join us for an evening of brain tingling fun and frolicks. Let’s get quizzacle with hosts Armitage Shanks and Barry Strokie, expect rounds such as guess the moron, film synopsis, the physical challenge, practical fag break and the news-round-round to mention a few. Sit down and take your chances with the infamous Musical Blingo – like your nan used to do only with lots of that modern banging music!
Wednesday British Tourist Board 12-2pm @ Arctic Disco
Chill-out at the top of the mountain in the house made of ice as we spin some ‘chilled’ mountainous tunes alongside The British Tourist Board who will be on hand to get you going for the days royal events. Expect shit street portraits, crap union jack face painting and absurd palm readings to predict your imminent future at the Royal Wedding street events later.
Royal Wedding Street Party 4-8pm @ Stage 2
Join our very regal hosts and D.J’s ‘what what’ and ‘what-ho’ who will be spinning some jolly spiffing British tunes on the ones and two’s whilst keeping you rascals in check for a good old-fashioned knees-up in honour of their royal highnesses wedding party. Etiquette leave a lot to be desired? Not to worry, Team Scrub will be on hand to make sure you look the part and work on those accents and curtseying skills. Further frivolities come in the form of classic British games including ultimate tug-of-war and hop skotch – and be on the lookout for the fantastical Red Sparrow Display Team soaring the streets with their highly skilled routines.

Bugsy Malone 7-11pm @ Back Country Party
Set in a log cabin decked in the finest drapery miles up in the depths of the mountains, come join the debauched decadence amidst an under-cover gambling den, amongst a host of the gangster underworlds finest. Meet gorgeous gangsters and magnificent molls, sidle up to New York wise guys, corrupt cops, hang out with cigarette girls and dancers, sing along to Bugsy Malone classics and do the can-can line-dance. Friday Robo Rave 4-7pm @ Forest Party
Where’s the party at? Follow our space army as they lead all you revellers onto the looming party through the clearing. But wait…there may be other delights, distractions and discoveries in the depths of the forest. A host of robot dancers and silver chancers roam the undergrowth ejected from their spaceships on a hunt for rapture. Join them in their revelry for a mini rave-up…should you locate them.
