You left Mayrhofen with a great tan and more new friends than Charlie Sheen @ Hugh Hefner’s 80th birthday party. You’ve added them as friends on Facebook and swapped images, memories and all agreed how it’d be great to all meet up again – but where can you go with snow, silliness, sausages and that special ‘bombing vibe?
Well how about our Party at the Chill Factore in Manchester on Friday 20th May. It’ll be the UK’s first ever Vovlo Snowbombing snowdome event: we’ve reserved the whole piste from 7pm-11pm (if only we could do the same in Mayrhofen each evening!) and will be providing a Volvo Snowbombing powered soundtrack to your slippin’ and slidin’.
The venue will be dressed like a friendly Austrian log cabin (think Backcountry Party except without the avalanche risk!) and there’ll be a few slopestyle features at the bottom and a great kicker on the slope where you can bust some moves or recreate that spectacular wipe-out you had on Red 5 on Thursday afternoon.
Then we’ll be moving into the bar area for a spot of après ski…Volvo Snowbombing stylee! DJ’s Doorly and the Urban Knights will be playing ‘til 2am.
Wolverine Alert!!! Our forest friends Eristoff will also be in attendance (the new black is…black, remember!)
Due to slope capacity we only have 180 places available - so get your skates/ski’s/boards/tea trays on and get it booked! It’ll save you hours messing around on Facebook – and you can even come in fancy dress if you like!
Tickets are £35 for the club night and 4 hours riding time starting from 7pm. This includes ski hire and lift pass! Alternatively if you just want to party rather than playing in the powder, you can purchase a ticket for the party only which cost £10.
