The latest photos from Glastonbury have emerged in the press this morning, and the site is certianly keeping it’s tradition. Festival officers have been seen guiding festival goers through the mud, (only young females might we add) with onlookers surely hoping for a tremendous fall into the the wet, sinky, earth.
Mud-aside, the festival is about to start it’s 41st year and there are many Volvo Snowbombing favourites who are set to play this weekend, including live perfomances from: Biffy Clyro, Pendulum, Friendly Fires, Chase & Status, Example, The Wombats, Wild Beasts, Jamie Woon, Beardyman and more.

DJ’s pumped for the weekend include Volvo Snowbombing All Stars: Fatboy Slim, Skream, Benga, Zinc, Ms Dynamite, Mistajam, Subfocus, Annie Mac, Krafty Kuts and Erol Alkan.

No matter what the weather, we’re sure at HQ that the music will provide an unbelievable weekend for those present, with most festival-goers only worry being whether they should leave their smelly tent behind Monday morning.

We all love Glastonbury festival for it’s huge line up and cool vibes, but snow certainly has it’s advantages over mud. It’s prettier, & cleaner for the average festival-goer, and you can certainly travel much faster on it (maybe not the beginners).

But the greatest thing about having a music festival in the Austrian Alps, is that we will never, ever, see the diabolical attempt you see before you below.

Shame on you ginger-haired man…Someone put a Volvo Snowbombing wristband in this man’s hand and end this nonsense.
