Just as Autumn falls upon us, the leaves go golden brown, you jump out of your skin at fireworks, and you don’t play conkers, Snowbombing Presents… The Ignition Tour.
It’s our whizz-bang, whistle-stop, scintillating UK Club Tour! This is the part in the annual Snowbombing show where our Club Partners welcome us into their homes and DJ booths. Folk come from far and wide to raucously light the party fuse and gleefully begin the countdown to next April whilst getting a snowy taste of what we will dump on you.
These explosive shenanigans will also be supplied by the calibre of DJ you may well find yourself sharing a chair lift with at Snowbombing 2012. So.. On your marks.. get set.. GO.. to one of our dazzling destinations…
September sees us with famed house brand 2020Vision at their London Summer closing party in a secret Shoreditch venue (so Shoreditch!) featuring Dyed Soundorum and label boss Ralph Lawson. So put on your twisty shoes and your wonky hats and join us for what sets to be a suitably snowy affair!
In October we’ll be teaming up with long-term cohorts Urban Nerds, for their annual sell out ‘Halloween bash’ in an undisclosed London Warehouse on October 28th. With a line up including Hatcha, Klose One, Rattus Rattus and more, the evening will undoubtedly be a big one, make no (skeleton) bones about that!
November sees no rest for the wicked, as we get all revved up and hit the road to second city Birmingham, as the fantastic FACE welcomes Claude VonStroke to their fair city for the very first time.
The Ignition Tour then treks as far north as you possibly can to Newcastle in order to pay a visit to legendary club night Wax:On, (who host Snowbombing favourites Doorly, Rusko and many more superstar DJ’s), for our party with them on November 18th.
We’ll be sticking with the Wax:On crew to hit their original party city Leeds later in November, where alongside Metropolis, we’ll host the much anticipated Trilogy part 3! The final part of the Trilogy is proud to welcome the legend that is Erol Alkan alongside Skream and Benga who will all be appearing on a line-up that also features the likes of Rusko and Hudson Mohawke amongst many others!
Finally we return to London (and in style) with Eastern Electrics for their annual NYE blow out at a secret warehouse venue. Surely there’s no better way to welcome the new year…
Drinks will be aplenty (and as usual) provided by the beautiful ERISTOFF Wolves. They’ll be out on the prowl at each of our club nights serving up round after round of Black Bulls (Eristoff Black Vodka & Red Bull!) so keep an eye out for them and embrace the unexpected… Aaaaaooooooooooooo
