Apparthotel Austria – 3 star – Doubles Available – From £419 p/p

The Apparthotel Austria is slap-bang in the middle of Mayrhofen; only 150m from the Hotel Strass and a mere 100m from the Penken cable-car, so you’ll have no excuse not to catch the first lift in the morning.

All rooms are equipped with a shower or bath, WC (some are separate), TV with 30 cable channels and panorama pictures (live) from Penken, Ahorn and the Hintertuxer Glacier, as well as a safe, telephone and balcony with table and chairs.

The Apparthotel Austria has a heated ski and boot dryer, and for addedd pamper provides a spacious wellness area with sauna and infrared cabin, quiet room and fresh air zone.

Rauchenwalderhof – 3 star – 7 double/twins, 2 triples – From £379 p/p

The Rauchenwalderhof is situated in one of the most beautiful spots in Mayrhofen, surrounded by meadows and by the stunning Zillertal mountains. The house is situated in quiet yet central location and is the ideal starting point for many leisure time activities. 250m to the main street and the gondola. Can’t get much nearer to the action than that! Rooms are all equipped with balconies, TV, bath/shower and toilet.

 Forsthaus Zum Kramerwirt - 3 star – Twin / Triples – From £459 per person
The Kramerwirt is a large, majestic hotel which oozes local charm. It’s in a perfect location on the main stretch in Mayrhofen boasting one heck of a party piece…it’s own rooftop jacuzzi!

Rooms are mostly twins and triples; all en suite with TVs, safe, hairdryers and balconies. The top floor is one of the best kept secrets in town… (Well it was!).

Hotel Montana – 3 star – Twins / Singles – From £419 per person

With it’s excellent location and laid-back, informal atmosphere, the Hotel Montana is fast becoming a firm favourite with the Snowbombing crowd.

Located just beyond the Underground Pub and Rockstar Palace, it’s a short 5-7 minute walk to the Penken cable-car and positioned in a good central area that’s just a stone’s throw away from all Snowbombing venues.

The 3***Jägerhof is located right in the very centre of Mayrhofen on the main street within easy walking distance the Penken cable-car. Hotel Strolz and Strolz Dependance – 3 star – Double/Twins available – From £379 per person

The Hotel Strolz boasts an indoor swimming pool, and it’s very own ‘Sauna World’ including steam room and aromatherapy shower, a bar and a comfortable lounge. All bedrooms come with private shower, W/C, hairdryer, safe, satellite TV and some with balcony.

It’s located near all the action in Mayrhofen, making the stumble home in the early hours hassle free. Remember to say hello to Frau Strolz at this lovely traditional hotel, who prides herself on the comfort she provides and the excellence for the home cooked cuisine she offers.

The Strolz Dependance is next door to the Strolz and breakfast is held in the Strolz Hotel for both.
