Well we’ll be Amster-dammed! We’ve only been invited to the naughtiest city in Europe to throw our launch party at one of the World’s greatest dance festivals…
Snowbombing will be taking part in the awesome ADE – The Amsterdam Dance Event and taking over the legendary Melkveg club in association with Cable, on Thursday October 18th for a fuse-lighting, kick-starting, winter-season welcoming RIOT of a party.
This will be the first date of the SNOWBOMBING LAUNCH PARTY SERIES – an international invasion of insane and inspired Snowbombing sounds and styles, on a whistle-stop, whip-around of some of Europe’s best clubbing destinations, festivals, and gatherings.
Our date will unveil the World premiere of SKREAMIZM - the new club project from Snowbombing resident, king of sharp hair, and all-round global megastar SKREAM. Expect a back-to-basics approach: A dark room, a massive sound-system, an extended set and a focus firmly on the music; music which moves around as Skream takes the crowd on a journey through the music he loves. “It’s about people going out, actually zoning in, and actually becoming at one with the music.”
Solid support comes in the form of another SBing regular ARTWORK and rising house star JACQUES GREENE.
We’ll also be releasing hot news on our SB13 line-up (which is looking tastier than Jessica Ennis covered in Lemon Meringue Pie, incidentally) and revealing some exciting news about how we’ll be adding to The Greatest Show on Snow next year.
Regarded as one of the world’s most anticipated and respected dance festivals, the ADE showcases planet Earth’s most happening DJ’s, labels, promoters (a sort of Cruft’s for Electronic Dance Music, if you like).
The 5 day festival transforms Amsterdam into one H-U-G-E happening party from the 17-21st October.
