Good ol Clarkson. The epitome of a troll if ever I saw one. He does this fairly regularly - make a statement that will cause a reaction and make him feel worthy cos his pic is in the news. Just a bored old man.

I dont agree with that! The efforts have far from gone unnoticed. Everyone recognises the mass enslaught the strikers did on their xmas shopping! Good of them to get that out the way now so the shops arent as busy at the weekend! Im glad the picket lines didnt get in peoples way but it seems only a few thousand people turned up for those!
I notice Cameron's divide and conquer idea. Don't know how other people are but up here, they don't want to cause bad relations with the people they work with that had to go in yesterday so best stay away to avoid awkwardness. They understand some people can't simply afford the time off. Yes, I know it's all about principle but sometimes that's just not enough
More buzz phrases used by the failed strikers. Ive seen that a number of times.
The truth is, the strikers just dont have the peoples backing. If the people this affects dont even care enough, then why should everyone else? Hopefully yesterdays non event is a reality check for people.
